Author Guidelines

Authors intending to submit manuscripts to this journal are requested to carefully read and adhere to the following guidelines. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be returned for revision prior to review.

Scope and Originality
The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and short communications within its defined scope. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and integrity of their work.

Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system available on the current website. In light of the recent platform migration, authors who had previously submitted manuscripts are required to resubmit their work through the new system.
Authors should ensure that all required metadata—including author names, affiliations, email addresses, title, abstract, and keywords—are accurately entered during submission.

Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be prepared in clear and concise English. The structure of the manuscript should generally include:
Title page (title, author(s), affiliations, corresponding author details)
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords (4–6 keywords)
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (if applicable)
References
Authors should follow a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript. Figures and tables must be properly labeled and cited within the text.

Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) with 1.5 or double line spacing.
All pages should be numbered consecutively.
Figures should be of high resolution and submitted separately where required.

Ethical Considerations
Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices is strictly prohibited. Where applicable, authors must confirm that appropriate ethical approvals and informed consent have been obtained.

Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo a peer review process. The journal follows a fair and unbiased review system, and editorial decisions are based on the academic merit, originality, and relevance of the manuscript.

Revisions and Acceptance
Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments. Revised submissions should be accompanied by a detailed response to reviewers, clearly indicating the changes made.

Article Processing and Publication
Details regarding publication timelines and any applicable charges (if any) will be communicated during the editorial process. Accepted articles will be published online and made accessible through the journal platform.

Post-Acceptance Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before publication. Any errors identified after publication should be promptly communicated to the editorial office.

Special Note Regarding Previous Submissions
Due to a recent technical incident affecting our previous platform, all previously submitted but unpublished manuscripts have been lost. Authors are kindly requested to resubmit their manuscripts through the new website. If applicable, authors should also provide prior correspondence and manuscript files to assist in record restoration.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
